Yes, the Time article is entitles "10 Good Things about $4 Gas" but it's already $5 in Southern California, so I'm sticking to my guns here.

This is actually a really good article... though it's no fun to page through and wade through the pop-up ads. They could mention a few more things: bicycling, clean water, people getting to know their neighbors, less militarism for oil...
